1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.
• Non-personalized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images.

3. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are Credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy
